501(c)(3) Recognition Confirmed Ubuntu Channel Alliance Inc. is officially recognised by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, effective September 1, 2026.
We are continuing preparations for our initial South African programme and welcome interest from learners, mentors, sponsors and industry partners.

Employer Engagement

Employers can help connect the planned South Africa pilot with real-world technology roles, service environments, and workplace expectations. This is an educational contribution, not a recruitment proposition; the pilot has not launched and no learner talent pool is operating.

Possible Areas for Discussion

Mentorship

Share professional experience to help learners connect technical topics with day-to-day MSP work. Mentorship is planned as part of the pilot; participating professionals and formats are still being developed.

Career Preparation

Contribute workplace perspectives or discuss mock interviews and practice describing technical skills. These are illustrative educational activities, not hiring interviews or placement services.

Industry Insights

Help learners understand common technology roles, service workflows, client communication, and professional expectations through career conversations or technical context.

Future Opportunities

No employer opportunity board is currently available. Any future job information would be shared without guaranteeing access, priority, or hiring outcomes.

Our Employer Neutrality Commitment

Ubuntu Channel Alliance is a nonprofit workforce development initiative, not a recruitment agency. We operate under a strict policy of Employer Neutrality:

  • No Recruitment Service: Ubuntu Channel Alliance does not recruit for employers or provide job-placement services.
  • Learner Agency: Learners choose which opportunities to pursue. We do not place them or require them to accept specific roles.
  • No Exclusive Access: No employer receives exclusive access to learners or their information.
  • Data Privacy: Employers cannot browse learner data. Any future sharing would require explicit learner consent.
