Share Experience. Support Learner Growth.

Mentorship is part of Ubuntu's intended South Africa pilot. Experienced technology professionals can connect technical learning with practical experience, workplace expectations, and perspectives on technology careers. The mentor network and delivery format are still being developed.

How Mentorship Is Intended to Help

Individual Conversations

Individual conversations are one format the program may use to discuss technical questions, professional development, and day-to-day technology work. No matching process or schedule is confirmed.

Group Discussions

Group discussions are an illustrative way to share technical guidance, compare approaches, and introduce learners to different roles and service environments.

Career Perspectives

Career discussions and workplace or interview preparation can help learners understand professional expectations and practice communicating their skills. These examples do not promise employment or interviews.

Register Your Interest

Use the partner interest form to share how you would like to contribute to the planned mentorship component. Select "Mentorship Provider" and describe your background in the message field. Submitting interest does not establish a role or commitment.
