Mission & Vision

Our Mission

To provide accessible, practical, and industry-aligned technology training to individuals across Africa, beginning with the MSP industry in South Africa.

Our Vision

A global technology ecosystem where talent is recognized and developed regardless of geography, and where the MSP industry is strengthened by diverse, capable professionals.

Why Ubuntu?

"I am because we are."

Ubuntu is an African philosophy often expressed as "I am because we are." It reflects the belief that individual progress is strengthened through community, shared opportunity, and mutual support. Ubuntu Channel Alliance brings learners, mentors, technology partners, sponsors, and employers together to create pathways that no single participant could build alone.

Core Principles

Employer Neutrality

We are not a recruitment agency. We do not sell learner data or provide exclusive hiring access to any single organization. Learners maintain agency over their careers.

Africa-First, Globally Connected

Our focus is on developing talent on the African continent, starting in South Africa, while connecting that talent to global standards, vendors, and opportunities.

Responsible Stewardship

We operate with transparency, ethical fundraising controls, and strict learner privacy protections as fundamental operational baselines, not afterthoughts.

Measurable Outcomes

Possible measures may include program participation and learning progress. Specific indicators, if adopted, will depend on program design; no reporting schedule is currently established.
