501(c)(3) Recognition Confirmed Ubuntu Channel Alliance Inc. is officially recognised by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, effective September 1, 2026.
We are continuing preparations for our initial South African programme and welcome interest from learners, mentors, sponsors and industry partners.

Ubuntu intends to evaluate its work to understand how learners participate, progress, and experience the program. Learning, mentorship, certification readiness, and professional development matter alongside access and learner feedback.

Using Evidence to Improve the Program

Participation and pathway progression can help identify where learners need support. Feedback on mentorship, online access, and the learning experience can guide improvements to delivery. Certification and professional readiness are intended to be evaluated through learning and preparation—not treated as guaranteed credentials or jobs.

Program accessibility and learner feedback are part of the intended evaluation approach. Any future employment-related evaluation would need an appropriate, consent-based process; Ubuntu is not a placement service.
