Who is this for?
The Planned Learning Experience
MSP work brings technical support together with service workflows, documentation, and client communication. Ubuntu's seven planned pathways connect these areas with mentorship, certification readiness, and career preparation. Activities may include guided technical exercises, professional conversations, résumé preparation, and interview practice; the final curriculum and resources are still being developed.
- Time CommitmentThe planned journey involves study and practical participation. Duration, schedules, and weekly time commitments will be confirmed before formal applications open.
- Device AccessOnline learning will require access to suitable internet connectivity and a device capable of using the learning tools. Detailed requirements will be confirmed before formal applications open.
- Participation DetailsEligibility, costs, and pilot capacity are still being finalized. Joining the interest list is not an application or a guarantee of admission.

Learning Beyond the Technical Topics
Mentorship
Mentorship is intended to connect learning with professional experience, workplace expectations, and insight into different technology roles. Formats and participating mentors are still being developed.
Certification Readiness
Understand relevant industry certification options and prepare toward their knowledge areas where appropriate. Preparation resources depend on availability; Ubuntu does not award certifications or guarantee exam funding.
Career Preparation
Build professional communication, understand service environments, and practice discussing technical skills. Résumé and interview preparation are illustrative educational activities—not a promise of interviews or employment.
