501(c)(3) Recognition Confirmed Ubuntu Channel Alliance Inc. is officially recognised by the U.S. Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt public charity, effective September 1, 2026.
We are continuing preparations for our initial South African programme and welcome interest from learners, mentors, sponsors and industry partners.

Employer Neutrality

We are an educational nonprofit, not a recruitment agency. Our allegiance is to the learner and the integrity of the ecosystem.

Ubuntu Channel Alliance is an education and workforce-development nonprofit, not a recruitment or staffing agency. It does not offer financial returns, exclusive access to learners, or a guaranteed source of candidates.

Learners are not required to sign Income Share Agreements (ISAs) or commit to a particular employer. Our Employer Neutrality Commitment is intended to protect learner choice and serve the MSP industry fairly.

Learner Agency

Learners choose which opportunities to pursue. They are not required to interview with or accept an offer from any specific employer or sponsor.

No Exclusive Access

Support does not give a sponsor or employer exclusive hiring rights, preferential access, or a guaranteed supply of learners.

Data Privacy

No learner directory or employer visibility pool is currently operating. Any future sharing of learner information would require explicit consent.

No Recruitment Service

Ubuntu Channel Alliance does not recruit for employers or provide job-placement services. Employer participation and any future engagement depend on program planning and learner choice.

How Employers Can Engage Fairly

Employers can register interest to discuss possible engagement. Activities depend on program development, capacity, and learner choice.

  • Discuss whether employees could share professional experience or participate in career-preparation activities.
  • Discuss possible career events if they are planned.
  • Share information about job openings if an appropriate process becomes available.
  • Consider future learner-led visibility opportunities, if made available.
